2.2 Information Obtained from Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
When you connect your Meta account and grant permissions, we may process
Meta Platform Data, including:
Facebook user identifiers and basic account details
Businesses managed via Business Manager
Business-owned ad accounts and catalogs
Facebook Pages you manage
Advertising objects: campaigns, ad sets, creatives (including carousel ads), and ads
Catalog products, feeds, and metadata
Ad and Page configuration and status data
Engagement-related data where permitted (comments, messages)
We only access Meta Platform Data that is required to perform the business
workflows you explicitly initiate.
We do not access personal Facebook data unrelated to advertising, catalogs,
Pages, or business assets.
2.3 Information Obtained from Shopify
When you install the App, we may access Shopify data via API, including:
Store name, domain, email address, currency, time zone
API access token (used only for App functionality)
Customer personal data (name, email, phone, addresses)
Order history, transaction details, fulfillment status
Mandatory Shopify data compliance webhooks (customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact) are implemented.
